Drive revenue growth across Findem’s strategic clients, partnering closely with Customer Success to map adoption to value and ROI. You will generate scalable revenue and hit target quota on a quarterly and annual basis all while developing deep relationships with senior executives. A successful candidate will source new revenue opportunities, act as a trusted advisor, and build business value narratives.

As a Senior Client Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with clients, driving land, expansion, and renewals across all solutions within your assigned accounts. You will own these accounts, ensuring client satisfaction throughout their entire lifecycle. This role involves building lasting connections, identifying how our services add value to their business and working with stakeholders to achieve results using company sales tools and methodologies.

As an Account Executive, you will prospect and nurture leads, assist with account management tasks, and support the sales team. You will conduct outbound efforts and utilize sales tools and CRM (Pipedrive) to identify and engage with potential clients, while assisting in maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects and new clients through outbound prospecting efforts. You'll also collaborate with internal teams and support the presentation, promotion, and sale of services.

The Client Success Manager owns the relationships and the creation and execution of strategic account plans between Big Health and a portfolio of our client partners. The ideal candidate will also help develop best practices and take on strategic projects that will benefit the Client Success organization and the company as a whole, working closely with internal teams.

The National Access Director will prepare for launch and facilitate urgent access to Tab-cel once approved, working with Cell Therapy Account Directors and Field Medical Directors to support site operational onboarding and readiness. You will play a critical role on the Publisher Development team at OpenX.
